Enigma run a self-created assessment program, entitled Quality Commitment Assurance Program. The program is designed to ensure that the quality of the services provided by Enigma are pragmatically assessed by the client, ensuring that our delivery never falls below the agreed service levels at any time during the period of the contract.
Working on these three independent layers, our quality assurance program ensures that the client's views are taken into account on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis, and that this information is acted on from an account manager level, an operations manager level and finally board level.
Enigma's objective is to provide effective environmental awareness and control, seeking to continually improve all aspects of our environmental performance within our sphere of operation.
