Residents at one of our sheltered housing sites benefitted from a one-stop, pop-up employability workshop held on Tuesday, 3rd June.
The day offered tailored support and mentoring to work on residents' employability skills.
The workshop showcased a range of valuable employment related information to clients, including the latest vacancies available through Enigma Recruitment.
Workshop sessions included:

The Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) was also be in attendance to highlight the affect that different employment or volunteering opportunities may have on existing, or future financial benefits.
There will also be community outreach programmes on hand throughout the day, to draw attention to local peer mentoring, volunteering and work experience opportunities available to residents.
Andrew Thompson, Commercial Director for The Enigma Group added: “The Enigma Group has a strong legacy as a responsible business; this is manifested through better appreciation of our customer needs and through lending support to multiple CSR projects.
