October 2014: Compliance Update
We would like to express our appreciation to all the Security Officers and Managers, whose efforts have helped Enigma receive many high scores and positive reviews in our latest quarterly survey of customer satisfaction levels.
This survey forms part of Enigma’s monitoring system which is used to assess our quality of service and to plan for continuous improvements. The survey is also a contributing part of Enigma’s overall drive to be recognised as a UK leader in Quality Assured and BS Accredited Security Services.
It is obvious from the survey that our best results do not necessarily come from incident-free sites but rather from sites where Enigma’s personnel consistently communicate and demonstrate to customers that they have a clear understanding of their own expected behaviour, job duties and correct job procedures.
To reinforce this consistency we, the Compliance Team, would like to emphasise the importance for both, Security Officers and Managers, to regularly ensure that individual Site Assignment Instructions, Site Risk Assessments and our Health and Safety and Environmental Policies are in place at each site, that they are clearly understood and reviewed, and that all updates including Safety Tool-Box Talks, are enclosed and signed off.
