New changes to TUPE legislation have come into force. One important change to note is the ability for employees to vary contracts of employment post transfer.
We are pleased to announce that we have been successfully audited as compliant with the SIA’s Approved Contractor Scheme with an improved score of +106. This places Enigma well within the top 10% of Security Companies for this nationally recognised scheme.

We were also successful in our Certification for BS5979 & BS8418. This facilitates our BSI 5979 Category II Control Room.
Environment: Enigma is in the process of measuring its greenhouse emissions for fuel/electricity usage by vehicles and Enigma offices for the year 2013-2014. These emissions were measured for 2012-2013 (in tonnes CO2e ) and we aim to make further proportionate reductions for this current year.
